Those who visit the different bazaars will know that the food stalls are most often the most popular part of these events. Plus, let’s not forget the different street food vendors and small warnings which continue to pop-up around our cities. Just a few years ago, starting a food-related small business required lots of capital and connections in the culinary world. Now anyone can do it. Such an exciting time for us, the food consuming public.
